How do I deactivate my pointimize.com account?

Awww…we’re sad to see you go. Nevertheless, you can cancel your account by submitting a request using the “Help” button that is located on the bottom right hand corner of the screen. We’d love to hear your thought, so please include your comments and suggestions for improving the site!!

AwardWallet won’t import. Am I doing something wrong?

In some instances, AdBlock will block your browser from syncing with AwardWallet. To prevent this, please disable your AdBlock browser extensions/add-on/widget to import loyalty programs from AwardWallet. You’ll enjoy a much better search experience with pointimize.com!

When I sync with AwardWallet, why doesn’t the American Airlines – AAdvantage program show up?

Sorry for the inconvenience!. Due to restrictions imposed by American Airlines, you will have to manually input your AAdvantae Program rewards information into your pointimize.com profile.

I forgot my password, what should I do?

If you forgot your password click here to reset it. Enter the email address you used to setup your pointimize account then click “Send Reset Link” button on https://www.pointimize.com/forgot-password. An email will be sent to your registered account with a reset password link. It is time to sign back in and enjoy!

Why all of my loyalty programs in my pointimize account are gone?

No worries.

It happens sometimes if internet connection is unstable and/or extremely slow. To solve this, please make sure that your internet connection is enabled and connected and try to reload pointimize.com again by signing in!
